Worldlink
Welcome to Worldlink, our proprietary ordering system that saves you time and
money by automating the order process from start to finish. You'll see
every product that you buy from us, with pricing, and you'll know exactly how
much will fit on a container. You can print purchase orders, sales
confirmations, packing lists and invoices right from your computer!
Here's how it works. As you build the purchase
order, you can see the container being filled. Throughout the process
you know exactly how much product will fit on the container. The "Will
Fit" column shows the available quantity for every single item number.
Once you submit your order, our USA office
will approve the order and Worldlink will generate a purchase order that will
be emailed to you. After the factory approves your order, you will get an email
containing the sales confirmation which
includes the estimated arrival date for your order.
You can log on to Worldlink at any time to check the progress of your orders.
The Shipping Info screen allows you to track
your containers from China to the US. The Order
Activity screen lets you view any document associated with any order at
any time, including the Packing List and
Invoice. Notice that every item is cross-referenced with YOUR item
number, making it simple as ever for checking in orders!
